Mr Li Liuhong, born in 1985, has a master's degree from the School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University and is studying for a PhD in political economy at the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. He has served as the assistant to the Chairman of Tus Science and Technology City Group; the Secretary of the board of directors and executive deputy General Manager of Yunnan Tus Industrial Development Company Limited; the Secretary of the board of Directors, General Manager and Director of Sichuan Tus Science and Technology Development Company Limited; and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sichuan Tus Star Enterprise Incubator Company Limited. He is now the Executive President of the Company.
