Huainan City Kitchen Waste Collection and Treatment Project signed a franchise agreement with Huainan Municipal Government in January 2013, which is responsible for the investment, construction and operation of the Huainan City Kitchen Waste Collection and Treatment Project, and the centralized collection and harmless treatment of kitchen waste in Huainan City.
The project was commissioned in 2018, with a design scale of 400 tons/day (100 tons/day in the first phase and 300 tons/day in the second phase), covering an area of 46 acres, with a total investment of RMB 254 million yuan, and adopting the “pre-treatment slurry + anaerobic fermentation” process to reduce, harmlessly treat, and resourcefully utilize the kitchen waste.
